Objectives:
- High-Quality Individualized Training in Scientific/Transferable Skills:
Each postdoctoral researcher undergoes customized training tailored to their research focus within the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI). - Network-Level Training in Interdisciplinary Skills and Entrepreneurship:
Our program facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration by organizing workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects. These initiatives encourage researchers to explore the convergence of AI with other disciplines and foster entrepreneurial thinking. - Training in Intersectoral Competence Through Secondments:
Secondments provide researchers with invaluable hands-on experience outside academia, fostering a deeper understanding of different sectors. - Mentoring of Doctoral Fellows and Preparation/Review of Their PCDPs:
Mentors play a pivotal role in guiding the professional and personal development of doctoral fellows. Personal and Career Development Plans (PCDPs) are crafted and reviewed in close collaboration with mentors to ensure fellows receive tailored training and support aligned with their career aspirations.
