The ALLIES program, a trailblazing initiative in Artificial Intelligence training and research, is calling on bright minds to be part of a unique postdoctoral experience. Coordinated by the AIHUB Connection and co-funded by the European Union, this initiative is designed to propel interdisciplinary and intersectoral AI research with a clear focus on addressing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This round, 7 positions are available for passionate postdoctoral researchers ready to dive into cutting-edge AI work that transcends academic boundaries and creates real-world impact.

👩🔬 What’s on Offer?
This call includes 7 exciting positions for exceptional postdoctoral researchers ready to work across disciplines, sectors, and borders. Here’s what makes the program stand out:

Dual-Institute Hosting: Each fellow will be jointly hosted by two CSIC institutes, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Mobility and Collaboration: Fellows will spend one year at each host institute, with the option for short-term secondments in industry or international partner organizations.

Research with Purpose: Projects are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on AI for social, environmental, and economic impact.

Competitive Salary: Approx. €41,213.44 gross per year.

Global Talent Welcome: Candidates must not have lived or worked in Spain for more than 12 months in the past 3 years.

Eligibility: A PhD is required, or proof of thesis defense before the application deadline.
