ESCUELA DE VERANO AIHUB
2022 and 2023 Edition
The summer school of the AIHUB.CSIC Connection, AIHUB Connection School, was born with the vocation to train participants in the knowledge of artificial intelligence. The school is composed of two parallel itineraries that respond to two objectives of the connection:
- To transfer knowledge of high scientific level in the most cutting-edge techniques of Artificial Intelligence, data science and intelligent robotics (Itinerary Challenges of Artificial Intelligence).
- Establish the basis for a quality and ethical training in Artificial Intelligence in the Spanish educational system and strengthen collaborations with other agents that promote innovation in the educational environment, as is the case of EduCaixa, an institution that collaborates in the organization of the school (Itinerary Educating in AI)
The summer school of the AIHUB.CSIC Connection was completely face-to-face.
TRACKS
Challenges of Artificial Intelligence
The itinerary is oriented to undergraduate students studying masters, pre-doctoral students and members of the AIHUB network who want to have a broad knowledge of AI. It will be developed through tutorials dedicated to different sub-disciplines, such as machine learning, reasoning or robotics, presenting the state of the art and its applications.

Educating in AI
The itinerary is aimed at primary, secondary and university teachers. In this school, several relevant actors in the definition of the educational strategy and the teaching methods to be followed will discuss in round tables and share experiences. Several teachers will present different theoretical and practical initiatives in teaching AI in the classroom.
